Pie Crust Recipe (2 crusts)

1 t. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 egg
1 T. vinegar
1/4 c. cold water

Mix flour and salt together, cut in shortening. Beat egg and vinegar in small separate bowl, add water. Add egg mixture to flour, mix well. Divide dough in half. Roll out for crust.
